Welcome to our IPSEA short course: 'What an EHC plan should contain'

The aim of this course is to set out some of the key information about the contents of an education, health and care (EHC) plan. This course will provide background for those who are unfamiliar with this area of law or refresh and cement your understanding if you are familiar with it. 

The learning outcomes for this course are:

  • To understand the key things that should be in an EHC plan 

  • To understand what parents/young people should do if they are not happy with their EHC plan.
