We have devised IPSEA's Level 3 training as an Advanced Level training for those who have successfully completed Level 1 and Level 2. It will enable you to take your understanding of the law relating to the education and training of children and young people with SEN and disabilities even further, but with a particular emphasis on gaining knowledge to support parents and young people to bring different types of appeal to the SEND Tribunal. This enrolment includes your sign up for our Legal Updates subscription. Your details will be added to our subscription list by our team for your termly updates on the latest developments in SEND Law for twelve months. Summary The course is in ten sequential modules All modules must be undertaken to complete the course The pass mark is 75%, on successful completion you will receive a certificate which details your proficiency in each module Learners do not get an index of wrong or right answers.
